Today there were no castles or adventures, just kilometers, shopping and a quiet corner in the forest to rest after a month of non-stop sightseeing.
🇮🇪 Ireland – Global Tracking 2025
🇮🇪 The South of Ireland
De la abadÃa solitaria de Moor a los senderos sin fin de Ballyseedy Wood. Toros, hierbas altas, viento y muchos kilómetros de paseo en un dÃa redondo.
Amidst sands that resemble highways, a pier that stretches towards the horizon, and ruins that whisper to the wind, I discover that even the sea holds unexpected surprises.
Between cliffs that seem to bite the sea and roads that challenge us with their "no entry" signs, I discover that adventure beats stronger when Daddy Edu decides to disobey.
Stone circles like coliseums, castles shrouded in ivy, roads that look like traps, and a solitary pier facing the sea. Today my paws and ears haven't had a moment's rest.
Pouring rain and mischievous wind, but me in the camper transformed into the king of the imaginary puddles. Sneem, a spooky quarry and a perfect shelter for sleeping without getting wet.
Between storms and waves, we follow the trail of adventures hidden along the Irish coast, sniffing out every curve and every corner.
We slept beneath the walls of Castledonovan and climbed up to the Baltimore Beacon, a giant ice cream cone watching over the sea. We ended the day amidst wind and tides, ready to dream of adventures.
The night was a concert of wind and rain that threw us out of bed on wheels. The next day, between sea swims, walks in the woods and an unglamorous end, I lived a thousand adventures.
🇮🇪 From Cork to Dublin with Uncle Joan
Amid sudden sirens, ships sleeping in the mud and forest paths, the day held its treasure: the return of Uncle Joan, my joy turned into a leap.
Entre chubascos esquivados, cafés con pastel, música de órgano y murallas en forma de estrella, descubrimos Kinsale de arriba abajo y cerramos el dÃa con paseo por los bosques de Ballymartle.
We explored Cork with its English Market, imposing cathedral, and vibrant murals. The storm caught up with us, but we continued on to Scaragh Woods, a better hideaway than expected.
