Today we woke up to wonderful weather, the kind that invites you not to do anything in a hurry. We took advantage of the spot to sunbathe a bit, stretch calmly and enjoy the peace, which for me already counts as an important activity. We ate in the camper and, while I made sure everything stayed exactly the same as before, Papi Edu got on with a bit of DIY. Nothing serious, just the kind of repairs that humans do, convinced that now yes, now it's perfect.
After lunch we went out in the car. We stopped for a moment in Torreblanca to fill the water tank and then went to a neighbourhood in Seville where we had also lived. There we had arranged to meet Papi Carlos, Tita Carmen and her daughter Isabel. We had a drink on a terrace in the neighbourhood, chatting quietly, and then went to see Macarena's newly renovated flat, Carmen's other daughter. I inspected the place with a professional eye, just in case.
Afterwards we said goodbye to Isabel and Carmen and went back to the car. With Papi Carlos we continued on to El Porvenir, where we had arranged to meet Tita María and her new boyfriend Juan. It was cold, but because of me we couldn't go into the bar, so terrace again. The bar is called Barrabás, by the way, a serious name for so many humans chatting and waving their hands. After a while Tito David also appeared and the gang was complete. We were there until almost ten o'clock, talking about everything a little, as humans do when they are comfortable.
Before saying goodbye, we crossed the street to show the camper, which was parked right in front. María said she hadn't seen it for a long time and Juan was curious. Result: five humans and a little dog inside, sitting where they could, in the seats, on the worktop, on the bed... I looked at the scene thinking that, objectively, this is not approved, but hey ho.
We said goodbye to everyone and headed for Bellavista, to the Cortijo Cuarto place that we had seen days before. We arrived very late at night, almost eleven o'clock. It is a quiet and quite pleasant place to sleep, although, as in many corners of Seville, there are those who come by car to do their thing and then leave inelegant souvenirs lying around. Apart from that, the place is fine, it is calm and you sleep without problems. Here we are now, closing the day with the camper put away and the feeling of having had one of those quiet days full of loved ones.
