A lazy morning, a monastery in the distance and a walk including a heavy dog. Farewell at Lidl and a quiet night in Feres. Tomorrow we cross… and that always promises something.
🇪🇸🇮🇹🇬🇷 From Spain through Italy to Greece
Nice weather, a “very tower-like” tower, and an essential DIY store stop. We returned to Porto Lagos… and found it empty, with seaweed and the vibe of a weird film. But we slept well all the same.
Perfect rocks, a ball with no brakes and Athos amidst the clouds. Then kilometres of bends, impossible names and a spot facing the sea where the wind rules… but it's worth it.
Unexpected cold, an impromptu detour and the "three fingers" of Chalkidiki. A quick cove stop, a road by the sea and a prize-winning sunset between Kassandra and Sithonia. Not a bad change of plan.
Miles of empty beach, Olympus watching from afar and me burying the ball as if there were no tomorrow. Everything perfect... until the mosquitoes arrived in invasion mode.
Madrugón absurdo en el barco, llegada exprés a Grecia y parada en un cañón que parece partido a hachazos. Acabamos durmiendo junto al río, en plena nada. Y eso sí que mola.
We wake up with views that save the night, we get into an Ostuni that's packed and end up on a more luxurious boat… with so much gold that I almost need sunglasses.
Streets with life, a giant Roman watching over everything and crazy races on the beach. Then film-like cliffs in Polignano… and refuelling hurts more than treading on a stone barefoot. Complete trip 😄
Three hundred kilometres, an epic nap and an impossible mission: finding somewhere to sleep. Between signs, new rules and not much useful space, today we had to improvise until the end.
Today it was the car, grey skies and gales, but in the end we found a quiet corner at the top of Monte di Togna. Sometimes boredom also has its charm.
A busy night, a surprise trip to Genoa and a boat full of "rebel" dogs. Between wild winds and endless waiting, we finally found the perfect shelter by the sea.
Four weeks of waiting and then… boom! Passport, giant ship, and wind in your hair. I'm just saying one thing: if there's dog-friendly fun and adventure, this trip's got potential. And it's starting strong.
