Today the sky decided it would be a water day, so we woke up under a fine rain that didn't seem to want to stop. We, without rushing but with style, took advantage of a respite to go out: me, stretching my legs and doing my morning rituals, and daddy Edu, running around collecting junk like a ninja from the camper.
Mid-morning we headed for Montauban. With this weather, no tourism, but a critical mission: to wash clothes. We found a laundromat in a glass space in the parking lot of a giant shopping centre. Daddy Edu put the washing machine on turbo mode and I, as a good observer, settled in for a deluxe nap while the rain beat on the roof of the camper. The dryer followed the show function, and daddy, free of burdens, got lost for a while in the shopping centre.
After eating (I just watched with accusing eyes, suspecting a McMenu around there), we folded and put away the clothes with Tetris precision. Before continuing the route, a strategic stop at Leroy Merlin: daddy has secret projects to improve the camper. He didn't buy anything, but the ideas are already bubbling like a creative volcano.
Already on the road to Toulouse, we made a small detour to Grenade and found a motorhome area. Noisy because of the kids with their motorbikes, but quiet for us: you just had to ignore the decibels and let go. Four gigantic motorhomes shared the space and we, proud, settled in to sleep, ready for the next adventure.
